We've been talking to Braedan about getting a "big boy" bed, and leaving his crib. He has strongly resisted- until now...
Now, when he sees a (used) new bed all his own...
It was, of course, bittersweet to say good-bye to the crib which has so sweetly housed both of our children...
But we all soon got over it...
It all happened so fast- we were just over at my in-laws the day before and mentioned the twin bed they were storing and had offered to us in the past. The next day my FIL brought it over!
And that night, my baby was all snuggled into it, even though he is still on the crib mattress until we can get a new one.
But that just makes room for a bed for his bear...
